For organisations
Let everyone ask the people who know.
Sonaverse captures the people your organisation relies on in full character: their accumulated knowledge and experience, their judgement, their stories and the way they’d actually answer. Colleagues get to know the person behind the title, and can ask them anything, at any hour, on the web, on their phone, in Teams or in Slack.
Good. Price is what buyers say when they haven't found a better objection. Ask her what a stock-out cost her last Christmas. Then talk about our fill rate, not our price.
Dev's sona. Only invited colleagues can reach it.
Illustrative. Dev Patel is fictional.
Where people ask
The questions don't wait for office hours.

Who people want a word with
Someone in your building answers the same question forty times a week.
They're booked, travelling, retiring or a town hall away. A sona puts them within reach of everyone who needs them, and it feels like talking to them.
Why did we walk away from the supermarkets in 2019?
Helen's viewBecause we were becoming whatever they wanted us to be that quarter. I'd rather sell less to people who choose us. It nearly broke us, and it's the best decision I've made.
Can you play the buyer? I want to practise the renewal.
Dev's viewFine. I'm the buyer, I've had a bad quarter and I think you're expensive. Off you go, and I won't make it easy.
Why does line 3 run slower on Mondays?
Graham's viewThe weekend clean leaves the filler seals cold. Run it at 80% for the first hour and you'll save yourself two stoppages. We tried every other way in 2014.
What does the new strategy actually mean for Glasgow?
Company positionGlasgow becomes our centre for the premium range, with new lines from next spring.
Anita's viewHonestly, I chose Glasgow because your team asked for harder work and then delivered it.
Why can't I export my reports to a spreadsheet?
Sam's viewBecause people kept emailing out-of-date copies. You can share a live link instead, and it never goes stale. If that doesn't cover what you need, tell me what you're doing with it.
The three questions
What it asks of your people, what it costs, and why you can trust it.
An hour, then minutes a week.
Each person has four fifteen-minute conversations with Sunny, who captures how they think and explain, and shares the documents and talks they choose. After that, Sunny checks in by message for a few minutes a week.
Priced by how much it's used.
Each sona is priced by the volume of conversation. Most organisations start with a pilot of one to three sonas and one team.
Your governance, built in.
Only people you invite can reach a sona. Company positions are labelled. You see what people ask, in aggregate. Details below.
What people ask
More people reach the person who knows.
The question nobody liked to ask in the meeting gets asked at two in the morning, and answered in the person's own words. Then the person sees what everyone is asking, so their next briefing, handover or training answers it properly.
What people asked Graham this week
212 conversationsTopics only. Individual staff conversations stay private by default.
Governance
Who can ask, who can see, and what leaves with them.
People reach a sona only when your organisation invites them. Colleagues are checked against your email domain, so nobody signs themselves up at your cost.
Every source is tagged. When a sona speaks for the company, it says so, and the person's own views are marked as theirs.
Their personal material leaves with them. The company keeps what belongs to the company. Their name and voice stay only with their written consent.
You see topics and trends, not individual conversations.
Your material is used for your sonas and nothing else. It is never sold or used to train other models.
An audit log of every change, single sign-on, and security reviewed with enterprise customers.
Proof slot, hidden until permission
The organisation pilot, as a named case study with a quote from a leader and one from a member of staff.
Start with one person
Pick the person everyone wants a word with.
Most pilots begin with one to three people and one team. Book twenty minutes and we'll plan yours with you.
