How it works

From first call to first conversation.

The same six steps for a singer with two million fans and an engineer with thirty years of answers.

  1. A call with us

Twenty minutes with Jena or Jules. Whose sona it is, who will talk to it, and what they should be able to ask.

  2. Four conversations with Sunny

Fifteen minutes each, by phone or WhatsApp, whenever suits. Sunny is listening for your character as much as your knowledge: the stories you tell, the decisions that cost you most, the words you reach for. It all goes into your character profile, the heart of your sona.

  3. Your work and your channels, connected

Connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, podcast and newsletter feeds, and add the interviews, talks, books and documents you choose. We research what’s public. Everything you post from now on keeps your sona current. In organisations, every source is tagged company or personal.

  4. Preview and approve

Read your character profile and talk to your sona before anyone else does. Correct anything that isn’t you, list what it won’t discuss and, if you want it, approve your voice.

  5. Go live

To fans, by level and channel. Or to the people your organisation invites.

  6. Sunny keeps it current

A short check-in by message, as often as suits you. What you share goes live straight away, and plans that have passed drop out on their own.

What Sunny listens for

Four conversations, and she gets to know you.

Sunny asks for real moments, follows the story and notices how you tell it. Specific stories carry far more of a person than opinions do, so that is where she spends the time.

The stories you tell when you relax

The ones you have told a hundred times, and the way you tell them.

The decisions that cost you most

Under pressure, values show. How you weigh things up, and whether you would do it again.

The people who shaped you

Who changed how you see the world, and what they showed you that others didn’t.

The words you reach for

“I see it”, “it felt wrong”, “that rang true”. How you speak says how you think.

Where you hold the line

The positions you defend when people push back, and the beliefs you have changed your mind about.

Tell me about the hardest decision you’ve made. Not the biggest. The one that cost you most.

Leaving the band, probably. We’d just signed the deal and I knew it wasn’t me any more…

What made it hard: the people, or not knowing what came next?
